Responsibility: 1. Handle customers and overseas offices enquiries. Be responsible for accepting calls and providing a knowledgeable, efficient and proactive point of contact. Maintain good relationship with the clients 2. Coordinate and follow up daily orders with subcontractors, other internal departments and overseas offices. Develop and maintain local subcontractors as per relevant SOP. 3. Ensure import & export paperwork are both complete and accurate 4. Generate customer service and operation data and report upon request; ensure all KPI are achieved 5. Communicate, arrange and dispatch drivers to clear, collect and deliver the import & export & transship shipments on time and provide special instructions if needed. 6. Keep up-to-date with airline & customs requirements and timetables. 7. Learn development and continuous improvement as company standard 8. Handle operation according to SOP to deliver best service to our customers.
Requirements: 1. Good command of English 2. Bachelor degree in logistics or related majors 3. Conversant with main MS software applications.( Outlook, Excel, Word. PPT etc.).Sound numerical skills and sensitivity 4. Good Self-discipline to keep commitment which is requested by the job 5. Can work under pressure and willing to share extra workload if necessary 6. Above 3 years working experience in logistics industry is preferred
