Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for selling TSS products in engineering machinery/ metallurgy/ machine tool/ petroleum and petrochemical industry mainly in NC area. 高级销售工程师负责TSS产品在工程机械/冶金/机床/数控等领域北方区域的销售。
Key Job Responsibilities主要职责: Responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing accounts. 负责新业务开发和维护现有客户。 Promote problem solving approach to educate customers specifying TSS products. 提出问题解决方案,指导客户使用特定的特瑞堡密封产品。 Achieve sales target with reliable sales forecast and quality reporting. 通过可靠的销售预测和质量报告完成销售目标。 Develop and maintain a database on all activities and information. 开发和维护所有活动和信息的数据库。 Provide information/feedback to the sales team and take a leader role in Business Development team. 为整个销售团队提供信息/反馈,并在业务开发团队中发挥领导作用。 Establish and develop long term relationships with internal and external customers. 建立和发展与内部和外部客户的长期合作关系。 Liaise with Marketing, R&D and Sales Departments to establish and identify marketing needs for the assigned territory and/or segments. 与市场、研发和销售部门联系,建立并确定所分配区域和/或细分市场的市场需求。
Qualifications任职资格: Bachelor’s degree or above in Machinery, Engineering or Technical field with applicable sales experience. 机械、工程或技术专业本科及以上学历,有相关销售经验。 Minimum 4 to 6 years in selling technical products, preferable in hydraulic, mechanical, transmission, Machine tools, etc. 至少4 - 6年技术产品销售经验,液压、机械、传动、机床等行业优先。 Global account management skills and experience are also preferred. 有全球客户管理技能和经验优先。 Good in spoken and written English. 良好的英语书面和口语能力。 Domestic travel Frequently.
