Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above, major in HVAC/mechanical engineering & related field. Master degree preferred

• Familiar with international engineering and project execution, have international engineering company or design institute work experience is preferred
• Understanding of engineering and product development processes and implementing change
• Understanding of product launch requirements, program management techniques, and impact of design on manufacturability
• Be familiar with engineering software, Auto CAD 2002, 3D, Microsoft office, and e-mail, internet use
• Good command of written and oral English
• Has the self-inspirit and respectful spirit, teamwork, dare to take action
