Responsibility: 1. Understand customer needs/issues to identify business opportunity and to propose value-based solution to key customers (ask the right questions to get insight), focus on target area. 2. Assist Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategy. 3. Develop new customers & existing customers’ new business, dig out business opportunities and build healthy sales pipelines 4. Build and maintain good relationship with customers, build and promote a promising company image in the market/industry 5. Actively introduce and promote Bufab digital tools and logistics solutions to customers. 6. Develop efficient customer visit plan, Identify customer key person and work with various customer departments such as sourcing, planning/quality/logistic/supply-chain/VMI etc. 7. Coordinate with Bufab internal team to meet customer requirements, guide customer to not only focus on price but also on NPI/quality/order/OTD/VMI/Packing etc. 8. Make sales RAC(Result/Activities/Competence) plan and improve sales activities to meet sales target & GP target. 9. Attend weekly (pipeline review)/ monthly (customer sales review)/ yearly (annual sales plan) sales meeting, business report to Sales Manager. 10. Familiar with sales tools & company system, Jeeves/Super office/ADS/Customer priority tool, etc. 11. Responsible for project management whenever needed, coordinate internal teams to ensure business landed 12. Serve as an adviser to the company’s Business Leaders and identify opportunity/risk for the company 13. Act as the internal trainer to share knowledge and skills when needed 14. Other tasks assigned by manager
Education & Qualifications: 1. College degree or above, min. 3 years relevant sales working experience in an international company 2. Knowledgeable of the C-parts management business is a plus 3. Experience of new customer business development. 4. Experienced in managing and developing key customers. 5. Good command of English reading and writing, English speaking is a plus 6. Proficient in Microsoft softwares (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
