MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /主要职责 1. Ensure customer service on site (and on-call). Provide daily on-site check, inspection and maintenance, as well as quick response for emergency services. 保证客户现场服务,提供客户现场设备检查、维修,提供良好快速的服务响应。 2. Analyze and manage requests and problems reported by customers, minimizing downtime and optimizing the performance of the products at customer site 了解客户需求,并提供分析报告,最小化客户的停机时间并优化产品性能。 3. Ensure the availability of the back-up pump and on-time return of the failed products to workshop to minimize the shortage of the back-up pump. 确保备泵的可用性以及失效产品的及时返修,以降低备泵的短缺。 4. Responsible for the acceptance of the repaired products in a timely manner 负责返修后的泵的验收。 5. Report the site issues and collect the data as required by the management team. 报告客户现场问题并收集所需的数据。 6. Maintain the services database and keep it up to date and accurate. 维护服务数据库,并保证数据准确性。
7. Ensure operation of equipment and correct setting of all parameters.
确保现场设备正常运行,所有参数设置正确
8. Improve and track on-site products according to technical support requirements 根据技术支持要求对现场产品进行改进及跟踪 9. As the contact window of customers, timely and effective feedback of customer needs and requirements 作为与客户对接窗口,及时有效反馈客户需求和要求 10. Onsite service for the other customer if needed. 对其它现场或客户进行短期现场支持 11. Finish projects assigned by manager. 完成经理交办的其他相关工作。
REQUIRED Qualification/岗位资格要求 1. Education background and working experience/教育背景与工作经历: College degree and above, and major in Mechanical or electrical. Semi industry working experience is preferred. 大专及以上学历,机械电气相关专业,半导体行业工作经验优先 2. Working Skill/工作技能: Language: Written and reading skill of English 语言要求:英语阅读能力和基本书写能力 3. Others/其它 Good communication and cooperation skill. 良好的沟通及合作能力 Can accept on call. 愿意接受on call服务。
