岗位职责:
1.协助市场经理策划全年的品牌推广及活动计划;
2.负责全国重点店铺及新开店铺促销推广活动的统筹与执行;对各类线下活动效果进行评估,编制活动报告;
3.保持和各级商场相关部门的良好合作关系;
4.协助策划及组织线下品牌活动,与公关团队及线上内容团队协同合作;
5.与各渠道KOL建立长期友好的合作关系,根据粉丝属性及转化率进行数据分析与对比,筛选符合品牌调性的KOL;
6.定期收集竞争对手活动信息,了解竞争对手的动态,并整理、分析等;
要求
1.本科以上学历,市场营销相关专业优先;
2.具备2年以上时装相关类之市场工作经验;
3.具备出色的沟通能力,以及组织协调活动的能力;
4.注重细节,有能力同时处理多项任务;
5.流利的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the marketing manager in planning the brand promotion and activity plan for the whole year.
2. Responsible for the coordination and execution of promotional activities for key stores and new stores nationwide; evaluate the effectiveness of various offline activities and prepare activity reports.
3. Maintain good cooperation relationship with relevant departments of shopping malls at all levels.
4. Assist in planning and organizing offline brand activities, and cooperate with PR team and online content team.
5. Establish long-term friendly cooperation with KOLs of various channels, analyze and compare data according to fan attributes and conversion rates, and screen KOLs that match the brand's tone.
6. Regularly collect information on competitors' activities, understand competitors' dynamics, and organize and analyze them, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing related majors are preferred.
2. Have at least 2 years of marketing experience in fashion related category.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to organize and coordinate activities.
4. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Fluent in oral and written English communication skills.
