PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Manage existing customer base & Acquisition of new customers Maintaining and enhancing existing customer relations to ensure high customer satisfaction, monitor operational performance, improve debtor days, identify new opportunities, ensure continued partnership with customers Evaluating market trends, align portfolio, engineering & sales activities to maximize growth Calculating key customer needs (voice of customers), associated investment plans and expansion opportunities Developing new business to increase volume, revenue growth and wallet share Negotiating contract/framework agreements to maximize profits with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicating the progress of month/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecast) and preparing reports on account status Collaborating with sale steam to identify and grow opportunities within existing and new territories Assisting with challenging client request or issue escalations as required Developing, updating and understanding the Key Account Plan for each customer so the company can map out its customer history and help determine their future so that both the company and its customer can grow

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · Adequate degree in dairy technology or mechanical engineering · Fluent English speaker and writer · 4-8 years post qualification experience in sales of process equipment
