To have a complete understanding of the LS Asia Employee Handbook, Procedures and Policies and to abide by these at all times.全面了解和掌握员工手册内容,公司流程及政策规定,并且坚持遵守。 4. To carry out accurate cash register operations at all times and ensure that the correct procedures are applied for cash handling.进行精确的收银操作,确保现金流程的正确执行。 5. To ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any products on promotions.全面掌握所有产品知识,品牌定位,促销产品,当季活动。 6. To help maintaining a high merchandising standard as per VM / Brand guidelines.协助维护店铺始终保持高标准的产品陈列 7. Loss Prevention – Reduce the Risk店铺防损工作,包括损耗和盗窃
Requirements任职要求: 1. 1 to 3 years of sales experience.1至3年销售经验,(具有腕表、珠宝相关工作经验的优先) 2. Strong sales and interpersonal relationship qualities.较强的销售及人际交往能力。 3. Sound understanding of basic principles of customer service.较强的客户服务意识。
