Ⅰ、Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage the implementation of the Physical Science Research Sales Strategy in line with Business plans. - Line management of designated employees ensuring staff are fully briefed, trained and equipped to carry out their roles effectively. - Develop & expand the Research direct and reseller network to ensure annual sales targets are achieved. - Provide high level market /competitive information contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Company. - Provide formal weekly & monthly reports on territories with accurate account of regional booking status and forecast. - Liaise with broader sales management team to ensure efficiency of regional operations and coherence of global operations. - Travel as required across China and to UK to build key business partnerships.
