1. Construction-Manage and monitor the site activity for M/E part among employer, supervision and contractor, as well as the project construction to achieve the project target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget and HSE compliance. Qualifications 任职要求 1. 1st Degree of mechanical or electrical engineering机械或电气工程专业***学历 Certified first level M/E constructor (preferred) 具有一级机电工程建造师资格证书（优先）。 2. At least 3 years of relevant work in mechanical or electrical engineering in project management至少3年以上土建、结构工程或施工及项目管理相关工作经验。 3. Working knowledge of China HSE requirements, China construction code; 熟悉中国HSE要求、中国施工规范。 4. Familiarity with government approvals process; 熟悉政府审批流程 5. Moderate in both written and spoken English; 具有中等的英语书面和口语水平。 6. Understanding FIDIC conditions and project programme scheduling; 了解FIDIC合同条件和项目进度计划的编制。 7. IT literate and Autocad 2000 experienced; 具备IT知识和Autocad 2000经验。 8. Problem solving and communication skills沟通和解决问题的能力。 9. Understanding Colliers PjM’s responsibilities on the project; 了解高力 PjM在项目中的职责。 10. Ability to understand commercial; 商务理解能力。 11. Must be able to understand and apply Employer Requirements; 必须能够理解并应用雇主要求。
