Supply Chain has a long history, mature system and deep culture in I-taster cultivation and development. In supply chain, most of our previous I-tasters have become key talents and now are taking key positions in different functions within the whole supply chain; In this program, we have 5 systems to ensure I-tasters’ success: recruiting system to select right person to invest in, on-boarding system to help I-tasters better and faster integrate into the organization, stretched assignments & projects to accelerate I-tasters’ growth, Supply Chain Leadership Team members as mentor and coach, capability building system to build I-tasters’ capability including both functional and leadership skills.
