Responsibilities:
Responsible for operation and maintenance management of site facilities. Including:10KV distribution room, \Facility distribution system\FMCS system\Energy Management system etc.
负责现场设施的运维管理。包括:10KV配电室、厂务配电系统、FMCS系统、能源管理系统等
Establish and improve the facility ledger and assist the team to improve the relevant data of the facility.
建立和完善设备台账，协助团队完善设备相关数据。
Facility related technical document collection and archive.
设备相关技术文件的收集和归档。
Participate in the maintenance/upgrade/transformation/new construction of factory facilities.
参与工厂设施的维护/升级/改造/新建。
Make and review facilities maintenance/repair plan, control maintenance quality/progress/cost.
制定和审查设施维护/维修计划，控制维修质量/进度/成本。
Plan and purchase spare parts related to plant facility maintenance.
计划和采购与工厂设备维护相关的备件。
Responsible for the management of facility maintenance contractors, and the docking, testing, installation and other related work of equipment suppliers.
负责设备维修承包商的管理，设备供应商的对接、测试、安装等相关工作
Responsible for the collection, statistics and analysis of the problem information related to facilities, looking for improvement opportunities, energy saving and emission reduction.
负责收集、统计、分析设备相关问题信息，寻找改进机会，节能减排。
Responsible for the management and maintenance of plant equipment and special equipment, and organise daily maintenance and preventive maintenance.
负责工厂设备和专用设备的管理和维护，组织日常维护和预防性维护
Responsible for the daily work coordination with the production workshop to ensure the normal operation of facilities.
负责与生产车间的日常工作协调，确保设施的正常运行。
Participate in the analysis and investigation of anomalies related to the facilities, and take corresponding measures.
参与设施异常的分析和调查，并采取相应的措施
Assist manager to manage CAPEX projects.
协助经理管理资本支出项目
Assist manager to set up the annual budget and finish the works within the budget.
协助经理制定年度预算并完成预算内的工作

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical andelectrical\electrical automatization etc. other related.
机电一体化、电气自动化等其它相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. Have the project management work experience of Party A or the construction party
具有甲方或施工方施工项目管理经验
More than 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of power equipment and facilitie
3. Familiar with the domestic/oversea related standard and specifications
熟悉国内/外相关相关标准和规范
4. Proficient in use software, e.g. CAD,Project,office etc.
熟练使用相关软件，如CAD,project,office等相关软件
5. Fluent in English
流利英语
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
