The job mostly consists of: Customer Support: - Perform daily operational tasks of checking users’ questions and provide answers or product solutions on customer support platforms. - Provide guidance for both individual and commercial users. - Coordinate repair and replacement of devices. Business Development: - Provide frequent insight about community sentiment, their wants and needs and close the feedback loop between the community and product teams. - Identify and follow potential sales leads from the customer inquiries and provide proposals. - Create sales orders and quotes for customers. - Identify potential community influencers for Marketing colleagues. Our requirements: - At least 2 years of working experience related to customer support or oversea business development. - High degree of empathy and willingness to help our users, great communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities. - Good understanding capability: we are providing software / tech solutions, candidates must quickly get familiar with our products, and solve customers’ problems. - Sense of initiative and take ownership of deliverables. - Effective communication in English, both written and spoken, in a professional context.
