1.To develop and maintain customers, search and collect project information in Food, Beverage, industrial fermentation industry, understand the customer needs and provide solutions
2.Define sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager
3.Plan and execute high level customer meetings which strongly build up the relationship and motivate the customer
4.Sell AL products via channel or directly to customer
5.Coordinate with central technical team for international projects, product adaptation, engineering assistance
What you know:
1.5+ years sales experience in Food & fermentation industry
2.Bachelor degree or above, major in Food/industrial fermentation/ etc
3.Fluent written and spoken English;
4.Good interpersonal communication
5.Cross-cultural awareness
6.Have large project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability
7.Maintain a stable performance under pressure
8.Customer-orientation and effective communication
