Working Location: Home Base for Each Regional SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION: This position primarily provides solution of sales including products, service, and application knowledge to customer and agent, as well as increase brand influence in the region, assist market analysis and marketing initiatives in the region and customer relationship management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Achieve the sales and objective targets set annually by Sales Manager; Expected to show continuous improvements in this functions which include, but is not limited to building up the number of customers, partners, consultants, agents etc. and show diligent handling of these; Effectively generate quotations and solutions packaged with service and application knowledge, according to customers’ real needs in given time; Actively customer visits and deliver company/brand’s product/service/application knowledge introduction to customers on a technical basis; Expected to increase your customer database by a specified number of accounts/ year mutually agreed to with sales manager; Help and support with sales and marketing activities in all manners; Provide customer feedback/VOC to company and act aggressively to resolve customer issues; Cooperate with service team and application team with focus of customer intimacy; Responsible for account receivable via co-work with CSR and financial department; Implement and use company’s CRM system with all related customer information. All the fields must be filled at all times with correct and true information; Collect and understand market situation including market trends, competition in the region; make up and carry out the corresponding market sales strategy with Sales Manager; Generate report of potential projects/win-loss analysis/competitors update/key accounts/marketing activities to Sales Manager on a half-monthly basis; On-going training of skills of products and applications; EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BS in Engineering or equivalent major: Material science background preferred; English fluency preferred; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years' experience in an instrumental sales/service function; Demonstrate knowledge of lab equipment, Material science experience, and sales experience; Apply strong knowledge of metallurgy, material testing standards and procedures;
