职位目标：
1. Acts a Project manager and Technical Marketing on design service which including Spec in/Netlist in/GDS in/IP survey and software deriver development. 作为项目经理和技术营销人员为客户提供设计服务，包括Spec /Netlist /GDS /IP服务和软件开发
2. Co-work with Sales for technology business promotion and 3rd party technology/IP survey.
与销售部门合作进行技术业务推广和第三方技术/IP需求调研。

工作职责：
1 Be the customer focal point to communicate with all customer’s requirement, evaluate dynamic conditions to control project SOW execution, variation and avoid RD/ENGR direct commitment without company approval.
2 Work with Functional Manager to manage project resource allocation, schedule estimation, priority arbitration and deliverables.
3 Find solution with Account Manager (Business Contact) for customer issues.
4 Communicate with related internal departments to sync project progress with status information that affects expense, legal and supply chain management.
5 Provide customer deliverable, close each milestone with official review and work with Sales to obtain customer acceptance.
6 Protect customer data and follow company data policy; Acts as the supporting contact window to the 3rd party technical partners.
1. 作为与客户沟通的窗口，与客户沟通所有需求，评估动态情况以控制项目SOW的执行和变化，避免未经公司批准的RD/ENGR直接承诺。
2. 管理所有客户的技术问题，确保项目的执行达到客户的服务目标。参加必要的客户会议或活动，以证明任何资源投入的合理性，以获得最终的业务回报。
3. 与职能经理一起管理项目资源分配、进度估算、优先级仲裁和可交付成果。
4. 与客户经理(商务联系人)一起寻找解决客户问题的方法。
5. 与内部相关部门沟通，使项目进度与影响费用、法律和供应链管理的状态信息同步。
6. 向客户提供可交付的产品，通过正式审核完成每个里程碑，并与销售合作获得客户的认可。
7. 保护客户数据并遵守公司数据政策;作为第三方技术合作伙伴的支持联系窗口。

岗位要求：
1 BS/MS EECS. 10+ year related working experience. 电子工程相关专业本科或硕士，10年以上相关工作经验。
2 In-depth knowledge and working experience in x86 and RISC platform and applications，familiar with IC design flow. For technology, the ASIC(HPC or AI) design and well know the APR flow are necessary. 对x86和RISC平台及应用有深入的了解和工作经验，熟悉IC设计流程。
3 In good commanding and high interests on computer technologies.
4 Familiar with Window Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Project.
5 Good in English writing and oral communication.
6 Good skill in presentation and coordination.
7 Good communication skill with staffs, peer departments and management.
8 Effective in task and resource management
