Be responsible for pre-sales support and market promotion of the flow cytometry products. Responsibilities: 1. Working with product manager in planning and implementation of marketing activities including conferences, webinars, regional roadshows and on-site workshops for sales leads generation. 2. Providing pre-sales technical support through working hand-in-hand with regional sales manager to identify sales opportunities and to secure sales pipelines through customer visiting, presentations and on site product demos. 3. Development of sales tools including customized commercial presentations, competition analysis, up-to-date applications and other documents as per the requirement of business. 4.Content development and delivery of usage trainings to users and providing post-sales support through on-sites and remote manners. 5. Training to sales team and regional distributors in product positioning, competition status and sales tactics. 6. Content generation for marketing tools including product application notes, digital posts, product brochures and fliers. 7. Management of regional key accounts through prioritized support in collaboration with sales manager and product manager.
Requirements: 1. Master or above degree in life science or medical disciplines, immunology or hematology background is preferred. 2. 3+ years of technical support experience in related Life Sciences category, hands-on operation skills on Flow Cytometer is highly preferred 3. High level of personal accountability and initiative, result orientated 4. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines 5. Good writing and presentation skills. 6. Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting effectively with people within and outside the organization 7. Proficient English skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking is preferred. 8. Willing to travel in certain frequency, mostly within the region
