Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1.Responsible for the design of the mechanical parts of product
2.Responsible for defining and executing validation plan
3.Responsible for the qualification of his own design parts, as well as the quality integration of these subassemblies into complete product system
4.Along with sourcing counterpart, he/she will work with suppliers to get the parts in house before validation / production
5.He/She is also responsible for the cost of his design in production
6.Capable to do the BOM and drawing analysis/technical assessment/process definition with internal and external team
7.Identify the funnels or opportunities for localization of the key components or subsystem of products.
Educational Profile: Bachelor of engineering or above
Experience Profile:
1.Candidate must have between 5 to 10 years of experience in related field, especially the design of large and complex systems.
2.Experience in the following technologies is an advantage: FEA, sheet metal, casting, plastic injection, machining, welding process.
3.Experience in mechanical CAD tool is an advantage (AutoCad, SDRC Ideas, Pro Engineer, …)
4.Experience in foreign company or abroad is an advantage
5.Industry examples: Medical device, Military research, Machine tools, Robotics, Car manufacturer, Aeronautics
Personal Profile:
1.Good level in English language is required, will have a lot of interface with global and local function team.
2.Ability to work in a team.
3.High energy, good resistance to stress in certain phase of program needed

Basic Qualifications:
