职位描述: Our Global Monetization UX Design team aims to enable and inspire clients to effortlessly connect with audiences and maximize brand potential.
The Internal Sales Tools team sits within our Global Monetization Products and Technology organization. The team aims to optimize internal tools to increase organizational efficiency, align more clearly with Product goals, and drive revenue growth. We're looking for a Content Designer who will understand and tackle user journey challenges to meet our sales leaders' unique needs. This person will also oversee vendor management for our global monetization content design team, supervising project quality and managing daily workload.
Through clear, expressive writing, content designers build products that captivate and engage our viewers, and transform product features and concepts so that they're intuitive and easy to understand. You'll actively build relationships with stakeholders, including product management, product design, sales, user research, engineering, and localization teams to promote content design within our company.
In this role, you will: 1. Craft, proofread, and edit concise user interface content; 2. Collaborate on new information architecture and product navigation systems; 3. Build scalable user journeys for different sales personas; 4. Oversee the daily management and process of working with vendors who support project-based writing and editing; 5. Organize, define, and govern terminology; 6. Contribute to and evolve Global Monetization's content, voice and style guidelines; 7. Meet and align with teams across global time zones to drive a cohesive product narrative; 8. Collaborate with and influence design, product, research, and sales teams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment; 9. Participate in design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality across monetization products; 10. Define efficient, practical solutions and processes for large-scale problems.

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience; 3. Strong attention to detail; 4. Proficient understanding of customer relationship management, ads, or sales tools; 5. Writing portfolio including, but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, user education; 6. Experience with project and process management; 7. Experience using Figma.
