MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要职责: Customer Service Management: Monitoring that Customer Services provided by the section staff fits the company standards (FR, Zoning, alterations, reservations, transfers, telephone...). Collect valuable information from customer to share with Line Commercial and\or Product Manager. 顾客服务管理:监督员工提供的客户服务能达到公司的标准,收集来自客户的有价值的信息并反馈给品牌经理或产品经理。
Product Management: Making sure that the store has in every moment the right amount of product, the right variety (item\quality\color) and the right place (floor and stockroom) on the right time (replenishment, camion, sales) to boost sales efficiently. 产品管理:确保店铺在任何时候、任何区域都有足量的产品储备、品类储备,以提高销售的有效性。
Store Image: Ensure that the store image is following the company standards but is adapted as well to the local customers' needs and expectations (visual merchandising, control of installations, staff image monitoring, closing standards...) 形象管理:确保店铺的形象满足公司的要求并适应当地客户的需求和期望。
Staff Management: Support and coordinate Section managers in organizing store personnel, assigning duties, training, motivation, follow up, Holidays, breaks, rota, and all documents related (for incoming and outgoing staff), conflict solving. 员工管理:协助部门经理进行店铺员工的管理,对团队工作进行安排,培训员工,激励员工,管理员工休假,管理入职/离职员工的相关资料,解决员工关系问题。
