1.Maintain the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with BMW legal entities. Ensure that relevant documents are updated and archived. Prepare and conduct the cross-charging of security services in cooperation with the legal entities, in line with SLA stipulations. 2.Conduct contract management services. Create or update contractor information in data management systems as applicable. Provide monthly contract status reports, and review and assess the actual / provisional spending reports vs. BMW contract specifications. 3.Manage PR / PO / MIGO / FABIAO payment processes in accordance with company policy. Assist generation of relevant accounts in applicable financial and other data management systems. 4.In capacity as Team Assistant, support fix asset checking. Ensure that RSO office and workspace items, as well as connected workplaces are functional and in good working order. Maintain and update information about RSO APAC-MEA on the intranet. 5.In capacity as Team Assistant, responsible for facilitation of chop, mail, print, meeting room booking and translation services. Assist Beijing-based RSO staff with travel planning, travel cost reinbursements, et altera. Facilitate non-routine, possibly shortnotice administrative tasks, e.g. in support of HoD. Co-responsible for the organisation and preparation of team activities (e.g TB, annual dinner). 6.Provide back-up to APAC card center operations in case of scheduled or unplanned absence of principal card center operators. Maintain and update card management SOPs and process descriptions, user manual, security zone and access profile lists on a quarterly basis. Submit monthly report with the card center analysis data to Assitant Manager Security. 7.Provide support to regional SPOKE organization. Update SPOKE information and deliver training to SPOKEs. Review SPOKE work outputs and assist in addressing delivery gaps. Assist access card incident handling and information update in CORSICA. Assist facilitation of access authorization services at new BMW locations/projects. 8.Assists RSO APAC-MEA with clerical and administrative tasks relevant to department steering and governance, to include accurate capturing of budget forecast information. Qualifications: ?Degree: Bachelor degree mandatory. ?Good communication & interpersonal skills and team spirit. ?Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point. ?Ability to involve and work with other departments to achieve objectives.
