主要职责 Major Responsibilities

？ Support the department head to create project management planning
？ Set deadlines and prioritizing tasks
？ Tracking & follow-up open actions and ensure those actions are completed on time and in the required quality
？ Support the department head to assigning team members to various deliverables & tasks
？ Support the department head to prepare reports & action lists
？ Collaborate with client colleagues & other external colleagues to complete tasks on time and in alignment with the overall financial requirements set by the department head
？ Facilitate internal project meetings.

？ Excellent English language skills
？ Very good organizational skills
？ Project management experience or at least theoretical knowledge is of advantage
？ Highly motivated & pro-active, quick-learner
？ Ability to collaborate with a team & stakeholders of conflicting interests in a quickly changing environment
？ Willingness to take extra work & work overtime
？ Outgoing personality
？ MS Excel & power point skills
