工作概述Position Summary: Our Sales Representative is responsible for the sales of all Heidolph products and services within a defined territory, maintains effective customer and dealer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts. 主要负责在指定区域内海道夫全线产品的销售及售后跟进工作,维护良好的客户及渠道关系,在现有基础上,开发新的市场增长机会,确保市场覆盖及渗透率,实现要求的销售及利润目标。 工作职责Position responsibilities: 1. Provide effective management, training, and guidance for sales within the region. 对区域内销售给予有效的管理、培训和指导。 2. Be responsible for developing and implementing relevant sales plans and marketing plan. Actively promote and participate in regional marketing activities. Managing and maintaining sales leads to lay the groundwork for achieving sales targets. 负责制定和实施负责区域的销售计划和市场推广计划。积极推动和参与区域市场活动,管理和维护销售线索,为完成销售目标做好铺垫。 3. Responsible for developing regional sales channels, maintaining close communication and cooperation with potential and existing distributors, and providing comprehensive sales support and training, including product knowledge, organizing market activities, and sales skills. Regularly review sales performance with distributors and assist in solving problems encountered during the sales process. Responsible for supervising and controlling distributors' inventory, ensuring that inventory management reaches optimal status. Through the CRM system, analyze potential markets with distributors and share business opportunities, helping them improve sales opportunities. Independently develop and expand customer resources in the responsible region, conduct sales visits to all customers and potential customers in the region. Can independently and proficiently complete product and application introductions and provide basic training and technical support to users and dealers. 职位要求Position qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s or above degree, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biology background or equivalent work experience preferred; 本科或以上学历,化学、制药、生物或相关背景者优先; 2. 8+ years of sales experience ,with more than two years team management experience; 8年及以上实验室仪器行业销售经验,有2年+管理岗经验; 3. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills; 较强的人际关系、口头和书面沟通和表达能力; 4. Strong anti-pressure and self-motivation ability; 具有较强的抗压能力及自我激励能力; 5. Computer proficiency in MS Office and the internet; 熟练使用office 办公软件及互联网相关应用; 6. Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed; 必须具备良好的组织能力,能够同时处理多项任务,并能按时完成指定任务; 7. Be able and willing to travel to customer locations; 能够并愿意出差到不同的客户所在地; 8. Fluent English; 熟练的英语表达能力;
