In-store Operations associate

Position Overview:
Responsible for overall store operations – to create an environment where sales associates can focus on customer service in order to maximize sales. In-Store Operations Associate must actively work with efficiency and productivity to enhance customer’s brand experience in the boutique.

Role and Key Responsibilities:
61 Provide full range support to the boutique operations, for ensuring efficiency and fast replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor and shortening the waiting time of the clients.
61 Organize the product in the stock room in accordance with company’s guidelines.
61 Responsible for inventory management and inventory accuracy.
61 Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for compliance purposes.
61 Ensure boutique maintenance is in compliance with safety regulations and security procedures, and the display of products are presented in accordance with specifications.
61 Monitor the supply management for package order, stationery, staff uniform, and store maintenance.
61 Support the boutique management in the execution of the administrative and back-office store duties.
61 Support the sales team of TO payment as cashier - especially GIS, ***, GND, GMZ,
