Responsibilities
? Mainly focus on mechanical design like building the 3D& 2D drawings and spec. according to project requirement & target.
? Have a strongly background on the CAE field and support FEA analysis.
? Take charge of EC change efficiently.
? Developing the variant products according to business case priorities.
? Develops required solution based on product responsibility & capability.
? Have an ability to review all of mechanical drawings and Spec. and support the TRA to ensure
the product quality and balance the cost.
? Organize activities of APQP advanced product quality planning for product VAVE project.
? Organize the ER active efficiently and have a good ability to trace the relative active.
? Compare technical agreement and standards for the customers, interpret state laws and regulations etc.
? Assist failure analysis from aftermarket and product audit of customer.

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree is the basic, master’s degree is preferred, ideally in mechanical or motor or automotive engineering.
? Minimum 5 years of job experience in an industrial environment is the best. If 3 years’ experience but excellent, we will consider.
? Good process principal knowledge of product design and process design.
? Facilitates technical communication with global teams by English to ensure efficient use of Global resources.
? CAD 2D and 3D are necessary, UG will be given priority.
? CAE knowledge is required， ANSYS or ABAQUS is prefer.
? Be familiar with the common PLM software such as Teamcenter.
? Know some APQP, PPAP, DFMEA etc. quality knowledge or tool.
? Fluent in English is the best and at least CET-4 passed.
? Passion for excellence under pressure.
