2.2.1 Spotlight project implementation and support.
- Project implement and according to project timeline
- Support & coordinate project related topics,eg, process implementation supported by BMW system landscape.

2.2.2 Supplier Management
- Supplier training & communication, guiding suppliers for spare parts process and requirement.
- Supplier evaluation, evaluate all supplier performance monthly, quarterly, and yearly review to make sure supplier provide qualify performance.

2.2.3 Material Management and Forecasting.
- Material planning and stock management, eg ,ordering the spare parts reasonably, interfacing related department towards the parts related topics.
- Tracking and Tracing of orders/ shipments for on time delivery and delivery quality performance measurement.
- SAP system daily using for stock management module.
- Excellent skills on forecasting monthly/ quarterly/ yearly level to suppliers.

2.2.4 Claim Handling
- Handling daily claim, define responsibility, claim report creation in SAP system, find root reasons for claims and take solution for problem solving.

2.2.5 Data management
- Data maintenance in SAP system and analysis, busines reporting/analysis ,end of production and launch management

2.2.6 Other tasks assigned by team.
- Support with team for KPI achievement and other tasks assigned by managers or projects.

任职要求：
Bachelor degree or above, supply chain, logistic related major is preferred.
- Working experience in a multinational company for more than 2 years.
- Good in oral and written English.
- Good in MS Office software skills in Excel, Powerpoint , SAP system etc.
