PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop and implement a country and account strategy plan. Plan and manage the budget to meet sales objectives and costs control. 2. Develop predictable revenue forecasting and take action where potential deviations are identified. 3. Lead, develop and manage the sales team. 4. Monitor and steer the progress of sales pipeline by using sales and performance analytics. 5. Meet key clients, maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for partnership growth. 6. Attend to service failures to ensure appropriate resolutions are offered in close interdepartmental collaboration with the company’s customer service and operations team. 7. Run Chinese-language campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department and subject matter experts and manage agency relations for SEO, SEM and social media marketing projects 8. Localize advertising, marketing collaterals, sales kits and other promotional materials for Chinese market 9. Provide support for lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns .
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1.Relevant experience in logistics and or the pharmaceutical industry. 2.Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing and related fields.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Strong written and spoken Mandarin and fluent English 2. Strong organizational, communication and project management skills 3. Able to manage and lead a team 4. Prior B2B Marketing or advertising work experience 5. Experience with Sales processes and strong interest in the role of marketing communications to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth 6. Experience of Pardot & Salesforce systems 7. Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, including logistics practices, JIT, inventory control systems, ordering systems, information technology etc. 8. Experience of managing and developing key accounts 9. Commercial and Customer focus
