Primary Job Objective:

The Sales Engineer is a technical expert responsible for providing pre-sales support to the sales team and engaging with potential customers to understand their needs. They play a critical role in demonstrating the value of our technical products or services and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor technical solutions to meet those needs.

3. Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical advice and guidance to customers during the sales process, helping them make informed decisions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.

3. Strong understanding of the company's products or services and their technical specifications.

4. 2 years’ lighting industry sales or marketing experience required.
4. 2年以上照明行业销售或市场经验。
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
