Role and Responsibility:
Identify the relevant EHS law and regulations. Make sure these regulations are communicated to the relevant functions and ensure NZCI in compliance of the regulations. Develop site level EHS guidelines in accordance with Chinese regulations and Novozymes standards. Ensure the continuous improvement of EHS management by e.g. daily inspection, Change management etc. Organize activities of EHS working group and address issues to site managment group. Facility the running of EHS professional projects and programs. Conduct site level EHS training for employees and support hiring departments for contractors training. Make site level emergency reaction plan, support firefighting evacuation drillings conducted by FS. Conduct EHS audits/inspections Ensure the implementation of occupational health checkup programs (including ZEAL& ZEBRA of NZ standard) and occupational health monitoring programs Responsible for EHS TBL report. Communicate with local EHS authorities and 3-party supervision bodies. Potentially relevant experience:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in science, preferably Safety, environment, or Chemistry. 3 year or above EHS working experience in analytical laboratory or manufacturing enterprise. Open-minded, well cooperative, team-working spirit and good communication skill handling stakeholders of internal and external.authorities. Be proactive, willing to face challenges and learn to solve them indecently. Be fluent in English speaking and writing. National certified safety engineer is preferred.
