Main Responsibilities: ?Closely work with GKA-OEM manager for Global Key Account plan implementation and ensure the success of transfer projects in China. ?Identify and develop regional key accounts by building up KA plan with solid execution to catch up new EV OEM ramp-ups in China. ?Work with marketing, technical and other functions to develop & execute sales plan to meet team and individual financial objectives and matrix. ?Identify and grow target customers and project pipelines to capture new growth opportunities. ?Manage channel partners and direct accounts effectively by enhancing demand forecast, inventory management, relationship building, etc. ?Monitor competition and share market intelligence and customer insights with Marketer and Commercial Leader ?Actively participate and engage in regional and country sales and cross functional meetings and activities ?Other assignments as designated
Qualification: ?Bachelor's Degree or higher, chemical or materials background is preferred. ?Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development, in Automotive value chain experience is preferred. ?Excellent demand generation, KA management experience and skills. ?Excellent pipeline and project management capability ?High motivation and capability in business development as well as channel management. ?Strong business acumen, ability to innovate and sales execution capability. ?Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with strong sense of ownership and accountability, fast learning and self-driven. ?Excellent interpersonal skills across a broader variety of functions and able to work independently as well as a team player. ?Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. ?Flexible with frequent business travels in China.
