In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:岗位职责
原材料按时到货，满足内部客户的需求。由于零件缺件而影响范围较大或生产中断，提前报警；
Work closely with internal customer to drive material on-time dock schedule and meet customer demand. Pre-alert on any massive shortage impact or line down.
及时确认零件状况，支持客户交货期的确认和生产线排产需求；
In time confirmation on material status for lead time inquiry and in production schedule system to support response to customer or production needs.
根据全球原材料管理规则、不断调整的系统预测和客户需求，定期维护零件参数准确一致，调整采购到货计划，以保证采购信号准确，原材料库存管理最优化，从而达到公司原材料库存目标；
Keep part parameter accuracy, reschedule part dock schedule along with forecast and customer demand changes to keep accurate material driving signal, optimize inventory and meet company target based on global guideline;
记录并评估供应商和供应链按时到货率，会同外部供应商，供应商管理工程师，材料经理和其他相关采购一起解决影响零件到货计划的日常事件。
Evaluate Supplier and Supply Chain delivery performance per PO Lines. Lead communication among direct supplier, Supplier Performance Engineer (SPE), Commodity Manager (CM) and International Procurement Officer (IPO) to find out solution for any issues impact delivery schedule case by case;
定期确认零件短缺影响到客户需求的原因，分析原材料需求趋势，采取改进措施减少零件短缺；
Timely record overdue code on customer service level by material shortage and improve to prevent further shortage;
与供应商管理工程师，材料经理和外部供应商努力缩短交货期，补充供应商库存并加急到货；
Work with SPE, CM and IPO on improve material lead time, supermarket healthy and shipment expediting;
解决与采购过程及供应商沟通相关的特殊状况，包括但不限于发货及随附的文件错误，可能延误付款给供应商的问题，系统预测与实际不符等。
To transfer special issue to related group and solve the issues, including but not limited to shipping or documents error, payment issue, discrepancy between system forecast and actual demand;
作为北京工厂联络人，协助全球供应链与工厂内部相关部门的沟通并帮助加速相关问题的解答及解决。
To coordinate with IPO and related internal group to speed up responses and solutions;
参加项目组，按时准确完成直接物料采购的工作内容。
To join the project team and finish BOM buyer responsibility along with project schedule.
根据工作需要，及时完成上级安排的其他工作项目和活动。
To finish other programs and activities timely based on working requires;

To meet this role request, You Will Need:任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, majoring Supply Chain, International trade or procurement/logistics
Good customer service, good communication skill and strong leadership;
Good capability and experience for project execution, result driven and process improvement；
Proficient English in speaking, listening, writing and reading, can host English teleconference/WebEx/Teams；
Handles and manages crises effectively
本科及以上学历，供应链管理, 国际贸易或与生产制造、采购相关专业
良好的客户服务意识，较强的沟通能力和组织领导能力
对过程执行,结果导向和持续改进有良好的认知和能力
良好的英文听说读写能力，熟练使用英文组织电话、WebEx、Teams会议
有效地处理和管理危机
生产制造业直接物料采购背景优先

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:***匹配任职要求

Data analysis in excel or other software is preferred
