Main Purpose of the Job:
- Focus on all aspects in MEP issue in project delivery, including design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Deliver the best possible outcome for our client’s.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
- Provide MEP support and assessment to lead Project Manager of projects
为项目经理领导提供有关机电的支持和评估
- Be able to evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection

- Manage MEP design quality provided by designer

- Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol

- Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan

- Prepare technical document for tendering

- Coordinate with cost manage to review and conduct VE for MEP design

- Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to project teams and clients as required

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
- Bachelor’s degree. Major in engineering or project management
本科以上学历，工程或项目管理专业。
- 8+ years experiences in project management for Mixused or office building projects
8年以上商业综合体或甲级办公楼项目的项目管理经验
- Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation

- Be able to multitask and manage priorities

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
