A: Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责

1. Provide the service as customer with high satisfaction, and build up good relationship with customers. 提供满意的客户服务，建立迅达工厂优秀的企业形象。
2. Achieve the sales budget includes the OR and MR analysis, provide the related report to manager. Monitor the abnormal C1 and take actions with teammates for offer improvement.
完成既定销售目标包括销售额及利润的分析，提供相关销售报告给经理。监控异常C1的订单并做出相应改善，调整报价
3. Take lead sales team to provide the quotation according to KGs or SCF MOD request, coordinate internal department like MOD AE for best technical solution and competitive price with L/T delivery.
带领配合KG/SCF MOD、技术非标部门处理非标接口，为客户需求寻找***解决方案，提供有竞争力的合理价格与交货期。
4. Organize team for order intake, clarification, order confirmation including material , price and EXW.
组织客户订单的承接和内部执行，及时澄清客户技术要求，并做出供货内容，价格和交货期确认.
5. Coordinate with costing team for MOD price list release, coordinate with logistics team for cargo deliver on time pushing.
组织协调成本部门关于改造相关的产品价格发布，协调物流部门对于集成订单的发运推动。
6. Develop and improve the business ability, in particular of commercial know-how, communicate with customer and coordination internal or external. Sustained focus on the work quality improvement and potential risk control, even improve the efficiency depends on method revolution.
发展团队业务能力的提高，尤其是商务领域的知识、沟通及协调能力。提高工作质量的潜在风险控制能力，不断创新工作方法提高工作效率。
7. Supervise and support team members to ensure whole team performance.
监督并支持团队成员，确保整个团队的绩效。

B: Qualification and Experience 资历与经验
- Customer orientation, confidence and good analyzing ability;
客户导向，自信及良好的分析思维能力
- Good command for office software
具备良好的办公电脑软件操作技能
- Excellent teamworking and communication skill
具备团队合作精神和优秀的沟通能力
- Fluent English written and oral skill
中、英文语言交流能力较强，英文4级或以上
- Well knowledge of elevator system or component
具备电梯系统及部件的知识
- Well knowledge of ERP or SAP system
具备基本的ERP或者SAP系统尤佳
- Bachelor or above degree
机电类本科或以上学历
- At least 5 years working experience in sales function;
具备至少三年以上销售职能相关经验；
- Experience of mechanical product and commercial ;
对机电类产品有一定了解，具备相关的商务知识.
