The position is required to enable the supplier nomination process including pre alignment and official supplier nomination circles happened in China for all localized components which delivered to BBA plant, to make sure every nomination will be followed standard process and within project requirement timing.
? Organize & facilitate the pre-alignment & decision circles, as VC, ASC for all localized components to enable the supplier nomination with all related parties, BBA, AG & MC buyers.
? Plan & forecast the supplier nominations with regular reports, based on department / project / progress perspective.
? Steer the nomination process handover KPI with monthly report and detailed explanation.
? Continuous improvement of supplier nomination handover process in order for better efficiency.
? Lead for supplier nomination timing, especially the critical nominations, drive for open issue solving in regards of process, general topics.
Qualification:
? Master or bachelor degree or equivalent of Engineering/project management.
? 4-6 Years’ experience in the steering function or project management work in an OEM or at suppliers with leading responsibility.
