Job Overview: The applicant will become part of the Digital & IT department ,responsible for data services, support, mining, and analysis to drive the digital transformation efforts within the organization. Assist the team in collecting market intelligence, internal user request, preparing reports and conducting the feasibility studies of potential projects. Follow the project deploy and improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to Identify patterns and trends in data. Utilize data mining techniques to provide insights that benefit the business. 2. Deliver analysis and visualization output to extract actionable insights and create reports and presentations based on data analysis for management review to decision-makers. 3. Apply effective data governance in existing system and obtain new chance in external data input. Implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency. 4. Conduct various technical researches particularly technical and security. Conduct the feasibility studies of potential projects. Consolidate related information, maintain databases. 5. Answer ad-hoc data requests and other tasks to be signed by the supervisors. 6. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, analyze competitors, define product features, and create user stories and identify opportunities for new digital solutions. 7. Monitor the development of digital products, ensuring they adhere to the company's quality standards and meet the specified timelines. 8. Coordinate with the data analysis team to integrate data-driven insights into the product development, enhancing user experience and product performance.
Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Information System or Computer Science is preferred. 2. Proficient in mathematical analysis tools, including but not limited to Python, R language, SPSS. Priority is given to those who have participated in data analysis projects. 3. Solid understanding of data mining concepts and their application in business settings. 4. Strong sensitivity to data, ability to uncover value among data sets, and a passion for data analysis. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. 6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for product development. 7. Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams 8. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and product management principles. Familiarity with digital product design tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. 9. Proficient in writing and presenting in English and Mandarin. Cantonese proficiency is a plus. 10. Based in Beijing SanLitun.
