Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you will:
? Develop business case for project/program through working with engineers and sourcing team
? Plan resource and material for timely project execution
? Develop project execution plans with detailed tasks and updated timely trough cross function team communication
? Identify and resolve any problems and difficulties during project execution and make sure programs can proceed smoothly.
? Lead project meeting and work with cross function team and other team members in the program to successfully achieve on time delivery
? Organize overall program regular review meeting and maintain tracker and program related data base.
? Assist the program manager for any other VCP and Localization related works
Required qualifications:
? Master’s Degree in Engineering.
? 2 years’ experience in project leadership within a R&D, manufacturing, development environment.
? Experience working in cross-functional relationships, strong influential and communication skills.
? Consistent track record of success driving complex project/program from inception to delivery.
? Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in English and Chinese.
? Good at excel.
