Responsibility ? The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales in global and regional key accounts of Dietary Supplements segment. ? Independently develop the account sales strategy, identify and develop new revenue opportunities with top clients, develop new business opportunities, satisfy the customers, and understand the competition. Including sales planning and budgeting, key account management, channels management, and customer service and logistic arrangements. ? Able to translate company objectives into well-executed account plans with the goal of exceeding the expectations of the company. Ensure goals for revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy; ? Key account and project management to grow business with a focus on Microbiome, Fiber, Flavors, Compounds, and relative ingredients and solution system; ? Work closely with marketing team to generate marketing tool supporting new business growth and pipelines in Dietary Supplements market. ? Work out product concept and give presentation to customers; ? Work with technical and marketing team for new product, concept and ideation development. ? Establish and maintain good relation with customers; ? Satisfy customers, manage customer needs regarding technical service, customer service and marketing support in order to achieve the objectives; ? Trouble shoot, solve customer issues and define unmet needs; ? Define and work out new sales opportunities; ? Manage account receivables to make sure overdue controlled at an acceptable level; ? Work with colleagues cross BUs to ensure compliance with core values and be aligned on administration.
Qualifications ? Bachelor or above of food, microbiome science, microbiology or other related education background ? At least 2 years of professional experience in microbiome science, microbiology, dietary supplements in the area of marketing/sales or in a technological area with a high affinity and potential. ? A track record of commercial results, and successfully growing businesses in the dietary supplement segment as well as possessing the skills and experience to introduce ingredients to leading brands. ? Ability to use English in occasional international working environment. ? Dependent, responsible, passion for working. ? Excellent communication skills
