Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, identify sales prospects and establish and maintain current and potential client relationships. 收集整理现有和潜在客户资料,发现和抓住市场机会,完成经营目标,维系客户关系。 4. Follow up end users's feedback, and assist in marketing events. 负责终端反馈跟进, 协助市场活动的举办。 5. Communicate with dealers' file verification, and ensure timely completion of dealers' target. 经销商文件认证和沟通,督促经销商按时按量完成公司指标。 6. Handle product return and customer complaints, and track customer orders and payment. 负责处理不良品的退换和投诉, 跟踪客户订单和交货安排及追收货款工作。 7. Propose improvement suggestions of products and services according to the changes and variations of customer needs and market. 根据客户需求和市场变化,对公司的产品和服务提出改进建议。 8. Other duties as assigned. 职位要求: 1. College’s degree or above, preferred in stomatology related domain. 全日制大专或以上学历,具有牙科、口腔相关专业背景优先考虑。 2. At least 3 years relevant working experience in sales function, dental products (especially Implant)sales experience preferred. 三年以上医疗产品销售经验,有牙科产品(特别是种植体)的销售经验者优先。 3. Excellent command of presentation and negotiation skills. Proactive and strong willing to win. Logic thinking。 优秀的表达能力和销售谈判技巧。工作主动积极,有极强的进取精神。 条理清晰,逻辑思维强。 4. Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. 精通办公软件,例如Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等等。 5. Willingness to work under pressure and through significant business travel. 能够承受压力,适应经常出差。
