SUMMARY
·？？？？？？？？Full-time, office-based regulatory affairs manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to: 1) monitor, shape, and influence legislation on behalf of Reckitt, in the categories of biocides, cosmetics, detergents, pesticides, and sustainability; 2) support registration and compliance processes for a diverse portfolio of Reckitt products, including cosmetics, pesticides, disinfectants, and household products marketed in China.
·？？？？？？？？This role also involves working with both cross-functional teams and global regulatory teams to: 1) align and discuss Reckitt’s position for globally shared topics; 2) provide regulatory insights on potential benefits or impacts due to regulatory intelligence; 3) deliver regulatory activities through project management.

？RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
·？？？？？Join external technical committee on behalf of the company, to monitor, shape, propose, influence new legislation or standard based on Reckitt’s interest.
·？？？？？Cooperate with technical team and global team closely to ensure a smooth external advocacy process.
·？？？？？Monitor policy changes from the government, translate and prepare for accompanying regulation updates.
·？？？？？Follow project plan, take action for project maintenance. Including providing regulatory strategy, claim feasibility investigation, review substantiations, check product label and artwork, etc.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Preliminary knowledge of cosmetics/disinfectants/pesticides regulation and process
Practice on legislation advocacy
Practice on coordination of regulatory projects

Understanding of related subject, e.g., safety, working mechanism, or ingredient is a plus
Good computer and English capability
