Role Responsibilities
Strategy ? Responsible for branch’s Banca revenue target and their individual target based on IS scorecard.
Business ? Joint call with RM on Banca products (mainly focused on RP products). Processes
People & Talent ? Provide onsite training on Banca products to frontline to ensure annual 40-hour training required by regulator.
Risk Management ? Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties.
Governance ? Compliance with local Regulators and laws – The role holder would be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with the country laws and regulations. This would involve periodic review of the existing policies of Bancassurance
Regulatory & Business Conduct ? Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. ? Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. ?
