Job Summary Performs daily support for the issue encountered in Oracle E-Business Suits from users. Understands the detail requirement from business user and provide professional solution in Oracle Applications. This role will facilitate and improve communication between business and technical resources. Primary Duties & Responsibilities 1. Provide production Support via IT ticket system (ServiceNow) and Administration in Oracle ERP modules including supply chain management and related manufacturing modules. 2. Gather new process changes, reporting requirements, perform feasibility analysis and provide recommendations. 3. Work on prioritized requests, develop functional design documents, create test plans, work with development team in developing, perform regression testing, conduct user acceptance testing and training. 4. Oracle configuration and setup for modules in Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, OPM MFG, Project Accounting, and preferably EAM to accommodate the requirement from business users. 5. Elevate issues and concerns to the IT Manager if necessary. 6. Participate in developing and executing Oracle training programs to increase the Oracle awareness. 7. Participate in implementation, testing and training of Oracle software and security upgrades. Other Duties & Responsibilities 1. Recommend business process improvements, design processes, provide solutions using Oracle ERP. 2. Provide process recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific business group. 3. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; Minimum 3 years Oracle EBS application experience in both maintenance and implementation. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Strong written and oral communication skills both in Mandarin and English.
