Job overview In this position, you will have the opportunity to: 1 Work closely with sales, marketing team and channel partners to solve customers’ practical problems in production and industry application; 2 Learn and understand the company’s leads management process and sales skills; 3 Gain team management experience and be in our talent pool, develop your career to sales or application fields. 在此职位上,您将有机会: 1 与销售、市场团队以及代理商团队紧密合作,解决客户在生产和行业应用中的实际问题; 2 学习和理解公司的销售线索管理流程和销售技巧; 3 获得团队管理经验,加入我们的人才库,将您的职业发展到销售或行业专家等方向。 Primary Responsibilities/Duties 1 In charge of the Business of FPI Infrared products for assigned area/Segment, in collaboration with sales manager, marketing, application team and Channel partners; 2 Develop new customer base and generate new leads through multiple vehicles and marketing events; 3 Exploit business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets set per segment or product; 4 Conduct regular client visit and proactively promote products and services with solution selling to customers; 5 Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition to potential customers; 6 Provide pre-sales technical support, product delivery, application training, installation and debugging for customers. 7 Establish and maintain long-term customer satisfaction with good service and support, managing & interpreting their requirements and building a strong rapport. 主要职责: 1 与销售经理、市场部、技术支持团队和渠道合作,负责指定区域/细分市场的FPI红外产品业务并完成指定销售任务; 2 开发新的客户群,通过多种手段及市场活动发掘新的潜在客户; 3 不断探索业务机会,完成每个细分市场或产品设定的销售目标; 4 定期拜访客户,积极推广产品和服务,向客户提供销售解决方案; 5 创造并完成有说服力的方案演示,向潜在客户清楚地传达产品的价值及独特性; 6 为客户提供售前技术支持、产品交付、应用培训及安装调试; 7 通过良好的服务和支持,建立并保持长期的客户满意度,解读客户需求,建立良好的客户关系。 Qualification 1 Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience required; 2 Major in science and engineering(electronic /automation/ Mechatronic/Materials), or equivalent prior work experiences with infrared temperature products, Acoustic imager, photoelectric sensor, automation, semiconductor, metallurgy, glass or furnace, is preferred; 3 At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; 4 Can work under pressure, and being adapt to frequent business trip; 5 Ability to facilitate, manage, and close complex and lengthy sales cycles; 6 Tenacious, charismatic, competitive, and eager to succeed. 职位要求: 1 本科以上学历,或相匹配的工作经验; 2 理工科专业(电子信息/自动化/机械/光学/材料科学等);拥有红外温度产品,声学成像仪,光电传感器从业经验,或自动化,半导体,冶金,热处理,化工,玻璃以及工业炉领域相关经验者优先; 3 至少3年以上的相关领域工作经验; 4 能够积极面对工作压力,并能适应频繁的出差频率; 5 有能力推动并促成较为复杂冗长销售周期的订单完结; 6 坚持不懈,有号召力,有好胜心,渴望成功。
