Be responsible for conducting various tests and analyses on our powertrain systems. work closely with internal team to identify and troubleshoot issues, and will support daily tasks related to testing activities. Qualification o Education ?Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field o Experience ?Experience with basic vehicle testing procedures, such as road testing or proving ground testing. ?Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance and repair is preferred o Specific Knowledge ?Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ?Having a basic understanding of vehicle structure and technology ?Good driving skills ?Business English skills are essential, including the ability to read and understand technical documents, communicate effectively with team members Conduct powertrain integration testing activities ?Conduction vehicle functional testing (VAW) for both conventional powertrain as well as e-drive to ensure testing objectives are met, and company standards and regulations are fulfilled ?Conduct vehicle testing in various locations and under different environments ?Organize test trips and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure successful test trip execution ?Report test results and recommendations to project engineers and other stakeholders. Coordination vehicle testing preparations ?Vehicle software & hardware updates coordination ?Creating work orders and tracking/aligning with the workshop to ensure that all necessary preparations and maintenance are completed ?Tracking vehicle license plate status to ensure that the vehicle is legally registered and can be used for testing ?Supporting vehicle transportation to ensure that the vehicle is transported safely and efficiently Support first-level issue analysis ?Make diagnostic short tests and download measurement data from logger ?Collaborate with testing engineers to provide support in conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting of powertrain issues that occur during testing.
