1. Implement segment strategy and translate project into sales by working with internal functions teams and external value chain parties.
2. Accountable for acquisition and development of application projects in consumer markets with customers in China
3. Accountable for these markets’ project pipeline to meet segment targets
4. Accountable for the specification of our products at the ODM/OEMs or the respective suppliers in value chain
5. Working with T&I for NPD activities to support business growth
Requirements
1. Experienced in engineering resins related applications, and knowledgable about various polymer processing including injection molding and extrusion 2. Familar with tooling manufaturing, understood surrounding industries and tools (injection machine, hot runner system, CAE/CAD softerware) etc.
3. Strategic thinking and value selling skills to identify customer pains and capture values by translating benefits to $incentive
4. Excellent Communication skills internally and externally.
5. Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft office shoftware
6. Initiativeness and self-motivation, strong spirit of teamwork internal ADE team and sales team
7. Ownership for assigned segments/customers
8. Ability to apply technical knowledge or mobile resources to solve problems
