Responsibilities
? Work with team to perform professional process research, development and evaluation in support of Etch/Strip/Thermal product and system.
? Design and conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and generate reports in the processing or development of new process, verification of system CIP
? Remotely or on-site support field team to solve process problems related
? Define limits and variables for process and equipment specifications
? Involve the maintenance of lab related equipment
? Contribute to BKM release activities

Skills and requirements:
? MS or Ph,D in Micro-electronics, Chemical, Physics, Material Science or Semiconductor related technical discipline.
? Excellent data analysis, documentation and communications skill.
? Able to work independently under pressure in a highly dynamic environment.
? 2-4 years of process engineering experience (Etch or Thermal) in a development or manufacturing environment is preferred.
? SEM/TEM/XPS operation experience is preferred.
? 20%-30% travel.
