Task: ? Lead inspection team to carry out product quality control and rework as the firewall at both customer and supplier sides. ? Flexible manpower arrangement based on project requirements. ? Prepare the sorting/inspection working instruction and provide proper training to the inspection team. Daily report to the customer and weekly job11 projects overview reports. ? Implement layered process audit internal the team during projects. ? Monitor supplier production process and follow up the defined countermeasures on-site. ? Good communication with supplier and customer, reliable customer representative (on-site support at end-customer). ? Manage and coordinate the international project within Formel D group. Assist on the critical problems with root cause analysis, implementation of the corrective measures and check the effectiveness. ? Manage customer service project for OEM or Tier1 supplier. ? 8D report and corresponding follow up. Qualification: ? More than 2 years working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on the quality control. ? Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and AIAG 5 tools (APQP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/PPAP), GD&T. ? A good team player. ? Strong communication skill and customer complain management. ? Positive thinking and be able to conquer the difficulties during the projects. ? Hard work under high pressure and be ready for the urgent business travel. ? Experienced on the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint reports. ? Good written and verbal English skill.
