Seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as Client Support Manager, overseeing Chinese client portfolios in Middle East. You'll be the primary contact, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
1. Lead and coordinate interaction with key Chinese sites, resolving escalations and ensuring service excellence. 2. Drive operational performance and project management, collaborating with internal stakeholders for efficient service delivery. 3. Develop and nurture relationships with Chinese clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. 4. Monitor service quality, analyze performance data, and implement improvements as needed. 5. Manage human resources, procurement, and administrative tasks to support operational objectives.
