Responsibilities: Support Sr. Clinical MDM to work out China clinical market and product strategy and growth planning for each year. Execute growth planning related action, including marketing campaigns execution, materials and contents planning and preparation, etc. To generate more effective marketing leads and opportunities and to meet clinical market KPI. Develop new clinical market sub segments to expand new opportunities. Collect and analyze industry and competitive information. Work with Sr. Clinical MDM to establish and maintain good network with important customers. Support DSMs or channel partners for key account projects or other big projects if needed. Work with clinical application team to plan and generate sales tools. Support sales and channel partner training with clinical market update and SCIEX solutions.
Qualifications: Master or above in laboratory medicine, biology, chemistry or related background is preferred; At least 5 years of experience in in-vitro diagnosis industry or clinical labs; Marketing related experience is preferred; Hands-on experience of mass spectrometry is preferred; Passionate to market development work and with innovative spirits; Ability to work under pressure; Good communication and team work spirits; Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English; Fluent with office software; Flexible to travel.
