Roles and Responsibilities Position will serve as the local owner for PMO for assigned supplier transfer projects. These responsibilities include the development, communication and execution of projects planning and implementation to ensure realization of the business objectives for assigned projects under sourcing strategies. This may include global program management responsibility. Essential Responsibilities: a. Working with Sourcing Leaders to identify strategy with the materials Value stream Map(VSM) and cost analysis b. Working with sourcing, modality engineering and Variable Cost Productivity(VCP) leaders to implement the strategy by building business case and exercising strong influence skills for funding and resource decisions to turn funnel opportunities into reality c. Leading global and cross-functional teams to drive supplier transfer execution by following quality compliance process and utilize design change to ensure quality as well as meet schedule cost target. Responsible for managing all aspects of a supplier transfer project over the entire life of the project as shown by the following process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing d. Supporting ISC to drive Toyota model implementation in Best Cost country and identify GE Healthcare ISC strategies based on country/region technology expertise analysis e. Working closely with global and region sourcing leaders to leverage Best Cost Country supplier to drive Material Cost Reduction(MCR), Interface with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products. Balance the competing demands of scope, time, and cost while achieving the highest quality and stakeholder/customer satisfaction levels and manage project and project team activities in the development and launch of transfer. Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor or Master Degree. 2. At least 6 years project management work experience with technical depth/knowledge, or 6 years of Sourcing, Supply Chain or Engineering experience Desired Characteristics 1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 3. Excellent communication skills and project management skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships 4. Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization 5. Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments 6. Experience implementing a compliant supply chain 7.
