You’ll make an impact by
Providing accurate and timely tax accounting and tax compliance services in
line with company regulations / guidelines and tax laws / regulations
Tasks
1.1 Tax register updating
1.2 Invoice apply, purchase issue and administration
1.3 Process input VAT Invoice verification in Tax declaration system
1.4.1 Process regular tax transaction including tax calculation, tax booking
posting, tax declaration, tax payment, including VAT,BT,CIT, ETR, TRP,stamp
duty, property tax, withholding tax, other tax surcharges - simple BT
1.4.2 Process regular tax transaction including tax calculation, tax booking
posting, tax declaration, tax payment, including VAT,BT,CIT, ETR, TRP,stamp
duty, property tax, withholding tax, other tax surcharges - simple VAT entity
1.4.3 Process regular tax transaction including tax calculation, tax booking
posting, tax declaration, tax payment, including VAT,BT,CIT, ETR, TRP,stamp
duty, property tax, withholding tax, other tax surcharges -middle VAT entity or
complex BT entity
1.4.4 Process regular tax compliance including tax calculation, tax booking
posting, tax declaration, tax payment, including VAT,BT,CIT, ETR, TRP,stamp
duty, property tax, withholding tax, other tax surcharges - complex VAT entity
1.5 Taxation reports including important reports for LEAD
1.6 Apply for export tax refund
1.7 Apply for certification on payment of withhold tax confirmation with in
charge tax bureaus related to foreign currency non goods/services related
payments； Apply for certification on VAT Free registration with tax bureau and
BJ commerce bureau.
1.8 Communication /Clarification/Coordination external with customers(end
user, SLC governance, local Tax authorities), internal with GSS other service
line
1.9 Annual CIT filling(including Assets Loss application), RP filling
1.10 Tax reconciliation report &Tax documents archiving
1.11 SOA testing
1.12 Review on site tax transaction process follow standard processes,
quality, timeliness, documentation
1.13 Assistance in tax authority's audit / Assistance in EY's audit /
Assistance in tax audit on property loss
1.14 Communication / coordination external with local tax authorities ,
internal with tax department
1.15 On job training_Job handover
1.16 Coaching/ Initiate and improve related processes/ Assistance in new
regulation implement
1.17 Trouble shooting on significant problem
1.18 Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader
Your defining qualities
? University degree in Finance or other relevant discipline or other suitable
education.
? Preferably with experience in the same position and capacity for more than 3
years
? Fluent in English and Mandarin in writing
? Strong experience with SAP
? Siements Tax & Finance Principle
? China Tax regulation
? China fapiao regulation
? China Finance principal
? SOA requirement
? Tax declaration system
? SAP FI Account FN report
? Communication skills
